We are pleased to announce that the production version of RedEye for Android is now available. No iOS device required. Now you can use any Android phone or tablet alongside your iOS devices and even personal computers to control the equipment in your home. The RedEye Android app is compatible with networked RedEye products (RedEye and RedEye Pro) and supports devices running Android 1.6 and later, including Honeycomb for tablets. Please note: Configuration of a new RedEye system requires a PC with WiFi card. What’s new in RedEye v2.7.0RedEye version 2.7.0 is available for download for iOS or Android. With this release, our browser application (running on RedEye and RedEye Pro) now has the full configuration capabilities of the iOS app. In addition, we have refreshed the graphics for the iOS app, allowing for more customization.
Channel guide now available in more countriesGreat news for our international customers — the RedEye app now gives access to local channel guide data in the following countries: Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, Poland, Turkey, and Sweden. Our colorful, hi-resolution channel guide includes information and program descriptions with details for all broadcast, satellite/cable networks and local stations.
