The original RedEye now in its second generation We’ve updated the original, award-winning RedEye. The gen2 unit features a sleek, all-black enclosure with back-lit logo, but the real improvement is the addition of a 3.5mm (1/8") infrared-out port, which provides more flexibility for customers who keep their components in a cabinet or rack. RedEye mini app — version 1.0.0RedEye mini gets its own app Looking to use the mini to control just one or two devices? We’re happy to announce that RedEye mini owners can now choose from original activity-based RedEye app or a new device-based app. The RedEye mini app is small enough to download over a mobile network, and making RedEye mini more portable than ever.
The RedEye mini application still includes many of the robust features offered in the full RedEye application including a full-color channel guide (US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, with more countries to follow soon) and a database of 70,000 infrared control codes. Channel guide available in the UK, coming to ScandinaviaGreat news for our customers in the UK and Ireland — the RedEye and RedEye mini apps now give you access to local channel guide data for your region. Our colorful, hi-resolution channel guide includes information and program descriptions with details for all broadcast, satellite/cable networks and local stations. And our customers in Scandinavia can look forward to a channel guide soon (we need to make a couple of adjustments to the RedEye app first). RedEye is the universal remote control system with a fully-integrated channel guide in all the following countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
