Signature Requirement
For your security, UPS may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present to receive it.
Order Processing Time
Once your order has been placed via thinkflood.com, it will be processed within 24 hours excluding holidays.
Holiday Deliveries
UPS does not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, please visit the UPS website.
Out of Stock
On occasion, we may be temporarily out of stock on an item that is in high demand. In these circumstances, we will provide you with the option of cancelling your order or waiting for new stock to arrive (backorder). If you choose backorder, we will update you regarding the status of your order once more information is available.
If You Receive the Wrong Item
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via http://thinkflood.com/company/contact or email to returns@thinkflood.com, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement.
Damage in Transit
If your order was damaged in the shipping process, contact us at http://thinkflood.com/company/contact or returns@thinkflood.com and we will gladly send you a replacement. Any product returned must follow our Return Goods Policy.
